Cause:Light exposure plus something else?
Common, onset before age 70 yr, Females > men
Sx:Papular or pap/vesicular rash w/ hrs-days of a specific sun exposure
r/o cutaneous Lupus, rare SLE, drug-induced photosensitivity, rare solar urticaria, photo allergies
Rx:Sunscreens, avoidance; desensitize by gradual incr doses of light
