Non-esophageal gastrointestinal candidiasis

• 500,000 - 1,000,000 units (1-2 tabs) PO tid

Note:

• Continue treatment for at least 48 hours after clinical cure

• 200,000 to 400,000 units PO qid

Pediatric Dosing

Oral candidiasis

• Infants: 2 mL (200,000 units) PO qid
• Premature and low birth weight infants: 1 mL (100,000 units) PO qid
• Children: 4-6 mL (400,000 to 600,000 units) PO qid
