Cause:Coxsackie A, hand-foot-mouth disease; dyshydrotic eczema (almost never contact); endocarditis; erythema multiforme; Kawasaki's disease; (Kawasaki's Disease); atypical measles in patients previously vaccinated (Ann IM 1979;90:873-887); neisserial gonorrhea and meningococcus; psoriasis especially pustular; rat bite fever; Reiter's; Rocky Mountain spotted fever; secondary syphilis; tinea pedis
