Diaphragm injury-trauma grading

Diaphragmatic injuries are graded I-V with increasing severity having higher grading.

Grade I

Grade II

Grade III

Grade IV

Grade V

Note that the grading is increased by one grade for bilateral injuries, up to grade III.
