Acute alcohol intoxication can markedly increase the effect of warfarin. Azapropazon and sulfinpyrazone markedly increase the anticoagulant response to warfarin, due primarily to inhibition of CYP2C9 (assume that acenocoumarol interacts similarly until proved otherwise).
