In addition to adverse cardiovascular effects of dofetilide, other adverse effects include:

• CNS—headache, dizziness, insomnia, migraine, paresthesia
• GI—nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain
• Respiratory—respiratory tract infection, dyspnea
• Skin—rash
• Other—angioedema.
