In addition to adverse cardiovascular effects of epinephrine, other adverse effects include:

• CNS—nervousness, tremor, dizziness, vertigo, headache, disorientation, agitation, fear, pallor, weakness, cerebral hemorrhage, increased rigidity and tremor (in patients with Parkinson disease)
• Respiratory—dyspnea
• GI—nausea, vomiting
• Other—tissue necrosis.
