In addition to adverse cardiovascular effects of propafenone, other adverse effects include:

• CNS—dizziness, blurred vision, fatigue, headache, paresthesia, anxiety, ataxia, drowsiness, insomnia, syncope, tremors
• Respiratory—dyspnea, exacerbation of asthma
• GI—unusual taste, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain, dry mouth, flatulence.
