This 12-lead ECG shows characteristic changes of LBBB. All leads have prolonged QRS complexes. In lead V₁, note the QS-wave pattern. In lead V₆, you will see the slurred R-wave and T-wave inversion. The elevated ST segments and upright T waves in leads V₁ to V₄ are also common in LBBB.
