Hypovolaemia | Postural fall in systolic BP >20 mmHg (with BP measured after >2 min resting in the supine position, and then 1 min after standing) Postural increase in pulse rate >30/min (with pulse taken after >2 min resting in the supine position, and then 1 min after standing; count the pulse for 30 s and double the result) |
