Inj: 1 mg/ml in 50, 100ml vials

PE: Adult: 100 mg IV over 120 min.
Acute MI: Adult: 15 mg IVP, then 0.75 mg/kg (max 50 mg) over 30 min, then 0.5 mg/kg (max 35 mg) over 60 min.
