• Males >19 yrs: 4 mg PO daily. Max: 10 mg/day

Pediatric Dosing

Dental carries prophylaxis

• Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product
• Drinking water fluoride >0.7 ppm
• Dietary sodium restriction

• Children <6 yrs (1 mg/5 mL rinse)

Hepatic Dose Adjustment

• Hepatic impairment: No dose adjustments

• Prolonged daily ingestion of quantities greater than recommended amount results in various degrees of dental fluorosis in pediatric patients of <6 yrs of age, especially if the water fluoridation exceeds 0.6 ppm
• Carefully read directions before using this product, as all chewable tablets, are not recommended for children <3 yrs of age as risk of choking exists
• Keep out of the reach of infants and children
