Adult Dosing

Tinea pedis

• Apply bid x 4 weeks to the affected areas between the toes and the surrounding healthy skin
• Re-evaluate diagnosis if no clinical improvement in 2 wks

Pediatric Dosing

Tinea pedis

• >12 yrs: Apply bid x 4 weeks
• Safety and effectiveness in pediatric <12 yrs have not been established

• Interdigital tinea pedis caused by Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Epidermophyton floccosum

• Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product
• Hypersensitivity to imidazoles

• Sertaconazole is not indicated for ophthalmic, oral or intravaginal use
• Avoid contact with the eyes, nose, mouth and other mucous membranes
• Discontinue the drug if any irritation or sensitivity develops and provide appropriate therapy
• Confirm the diagnosis of the disease either by direct microscopic examination of a mounting of infected tissue in a solution of potassium hydroxide or by culture on an appropriate medium
