• Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product

• Not indicated for acute use or as a rescue medication
• Therapy may lead to paradoxical bronchospasm; discontinue therapy if paradoxical bronchospasm occurs and consider other treatments
• Use cautiously in patients with narrow-angle glaucoma since therapy may lead to worsening of this condition. If worsening occurs, instruct patients to consult a physician
• Immediate hypersensitivity reactions may occur; use cautiously in patients with severe hypersensitivity to milk proteins

Breastfeeding: It is unknown whether aclidinium is excreted in human breast milk, caution should be exercised when aclidinium is administered to nursing women.
