Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
- 400 mcg INH [1 inhalation] bid
Pediatric Dosing
- Safety and effectiveness in pediatric patients has not been established

- Not indicated for acute use or as a rescue medication
- Therapy may lead to paradoxical bronchospasm; discontinue therapy if paradoxical bronchospasm occurs and consider other treatments
- Use cautiously in patients with narrow-angle glaucoma since therapy may lead to worsening of this condition. If worsening occurs, instruct patients to consult a physician
- Immediate hypersensitivity reactions may occur; use cautiously in patients with severe hypersensitivity to milk proteins

Breastfeeding: It is unknown whether aclidinium is excreted in human breast milk, caution should be exercised when aclidinium is administered to nursing women.
