Adult Dosing

Aphthous ulcers

• Apply 0.5 cm oral paste to the affected area(s) qid after oral hygiene for up to 10 days

• Start therapy immediately after noticing symptoms of aphthous ulcers
• Apply after breakfast, lunch, dinner and at bedtime

• Safety and effectiveness in pediatric patients have not been established

• Apply immediately after noticing the symptoms of an aphthous ulcer; use four times a day following oral hygiene after meals and at bedtime
• If significant healing or pain relief has not occurred in 10 days, consult a dentist or physician
