Pediatric Dosing

> 6 yrs: Instill 1-2 gtt in affected eye(s) up to qid

• Eye irritation
• Redness caused by allergens, fatigue, swimming, colds & smog
• Eye strain caused by reading, driving and other activities

• Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product
• Narrow angle glaucoma

• Renal impairment: None required

Hepatic Dose Adjustment

• Hepatic impairment: None required

• Avoid wearing contact lenses during the course of treatment
• Pupils may become enlarged temporarily
• Overuse may cause more eye redness
• If more than one topical ophthalmic drug is being used, the drugs should be administered at least ten minutes apart

• Hypertension
• Diabetes mellitus
• Hyperthyroidism
• CV disease
• Atherosclerosis

• CV : Hypertension, palpitation, tremors, bradycardia, shock-like hypotension
• MISC: Weakness, sweating, decreased body temperature, apnea

• Ophthalmic decongestant; reduces ocular congestion and redness by stimulating alpha adrenergic receptors
• Local effect after topical application occurs within a few minutes and persists for 4-8 hrs
• Minimal systemic absorption after ophthalmic administration
