Supplemental Patient Information

• Advise patients to immediately contact their health care provider on development of allergic reactions
• Instruct patients to inform their clinician/pharmacist if they are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding. Also instruct them to inform whether they are taking any prescription or nonprescription medicine, herbal preparation, or dietary supplement and are allergic to medicines, foods, or other substances
• Inform patients that their stools may turn black
