- Rare severe acute hypersensitivity reactions, rare cases of anaphylaxis have occurred on initial exposure or re-exposure to drug
- Permanently discontinue therapy on occurrence of severe hypersensitivity reaction, on occurrence of mild reaction exercise caution while readministering
- Administer appropriate medications (e.g., epinephrine) and provide supportive care on occurrence of anaphylaxis or severe allergic reactions

- Administer product immediately after dose withdrawal from the vial, discard any unused portion
