Breastfeeding: Concentrations of lidocaine is very low in breast milk, and it is poorly absorbed by the infant. No special precautions are required because it is unlikely to cause any adverse effects in breastfed infants. • EENT: Conjunctival hyperemia, corneal epithelial changes, ocular burning upon instillation, corneal opacification, corneal ulcer, loss of vision
