Adult Dosing

Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting

• 0.25 mg IV for 30 sec, administer 30 mins before chemotherapy

Postoperative nausea and vomiting

• 0.075 mg IV for 10 secs, immediately before the induction of anesthesia
