• Start 0.1% gel bid
• Gradually may be increased to 3–4 times daily
• Allow gel to dry for3-5min; avoid occlusive dressing

• Do not use in patients who requires systemic therapy
• Do not apply gel on or near mucosal surfaces or on healthy skin surrounding lesions
• Do not allow patient to shower, bathe, or swim for at least 3 hrs following application
