Marezine
- 50 mg PO q4-6 hrs PRN
- Max: 200 mg/day
Note:
- Take tablet 30 min before travel starts
- Take each dose with a full glass of water
Pediatric Dosing
Nausea, vomiting, and dizziness associated with motion sickness
Marezine
- Children 6-11 yrs
- 25 mg PO q6-8 hrs PRN
- Max: 75 mg/day
- Children >12 yrs
- 50 mg PO q4-6 hrs PRN
- Max: 200 mg/day
Note:
- Take tablet 30 min before travel starts

Bonine for Kids
- Children >6 yrs
- 25 mg PO q6-8 hrs PRN
- Max: 75 mg/day
Note:
- Take tablet one hour before travel or at the onset of symptoms
- Chew tablet thoroughly before swallowing

- Cyclizine may cause drowsiness or blurred vision; concomitant use of alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness
- Do not exceed recommended dosage
- Avoid alcohol during therapy as it may increase drowsiness
- Avoid driving an automobile or operating machinery during therapy
- In case of overdose, seek medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center right away

Breastfeeding: Occasional doses of cyclizine are probably acceptable during breastfeeding. Large doses or more prolonged use may cause effects in the infant or decrease the milk supply, particularly in combination with a sympathomimetic such as pseudoephedrine or before lactation is well established.
