Mild to moderate aches and pains of muscles and joints

• Patch
• Apply 1 patch to the affected area and leave in place for 8-12 hrs; may repeat a second patch if pain persists
• Max: 2 patches/day

• Indicated for external use only
• NSAIDs may cause stomach bleeding. Discontinue treatment if there is a sign of stomach bleeding like fainting, blood vomit, or black or bloody stool
• Rash, redness, itching or skin irritation may occur during therapy
• Do not apply tight bandage or use with a heating pad
• Avoid application on face or rashes, open wounds or damaged, broken or irritated skin
• Discontinue use immediately, if there is severe burning sensation
• Advise patients to avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes
• Instruct patients to discontinue use and immediately consult a physician on worsening, persistence of symptoms for more than 7 days, or on recurrence within a few days

• Nasal polyps
• Pregnancy third trimester
• Concomitant anticoagulant use
• Co-administration with other drugs containing NSAIDs

• Bleeding problems
• Alcohol abuse

Supplemental Patient Information

• Advise patients to keep the medication out of reach of children
• Advise patients to seek medical help or contact a Poison Control Center, in case of accidental swallowing
• Advise patients to discontinue therapy and consult a clinician if symptoms worsen or persist >7 days
