Adult Dosing

Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting

• Apply 1 patch to the outer upper arm 24-48 hrs prior to chemotherapy. Leave patch in place for at least 24 hrs after chemotherapy is completed, may be left in place for a total of 7 days

• Safety and effectiveness in pediatric patients has not been established

• Recent abdominal surgery
• Geriatric population (consider age-related decrease in renal, hepatic or cardiac function, concurrent diseases and drug therapy)

Supplemental Patient Information

• Instruct patients not to apply to red, irritated or damaged skin
• Instruct patients to cover patch application site with clothing to protect from direct sun/UV light exposure during and 10 days after removing patch
