Breastfeeding: It is not known if mechlorethamine is excreted in human milk. Due to the potential for topical or systemic exposure to mechlorethamine through exposure to the mother's skin, a decision should be made whether to discontinue nursing or the drug, taking into account the importance of the drug to the mother.
