• Patients should refrain from wearing contact lenses while exhibiting the signs and symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis
• Do not touch the tip of the dispensing container to the eye or surrounding areas in order to avoid contamination; serious damage to the eye and subsequent vision loss may result from using contaminated solutions

• Advise patients not to touch the tip of the dispensing container to the eye or surrounding structures, as it may contaminate solution
• Instruct patients not to wear contact lenses during therapy

Breastfeeding: No published data is available on the use of nedocromil during lactation; however, maternal milk levels are likely to be very low and it is expected to be poorly absorbed from the infant's GI tract.
