- 750 mg PO qDay. Continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity

- Take on empty stomach (do not administer within 2 hours of a meal)

Breastfeeding: It is unknown whether ceritinib is excreted in breast milk. According to the manufacturer’s data, a decision should be made whether to discontinue nursing or to discontinue the drug, analyzing the importance of the drug to the mother.
