Adult Dosing
Ph-positive Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia
- 500 mg/day PO with food
- Increase dose to 600 mg/day PO if complete hematological response is not achieved by week 8 or a complete cytogenetic response by week 12. Consider dose escalation only if adverse reactions grade 2 or lower and patient taking 500 mg/day dose

Breastfeeding: It is unknown whether bosutinib is excreted in human milk. Because many drugs are excreted in human milk and due to potential for serious adverse reactions in nursing infants, a decision should be made whether to discontinue nursing or to discontinue the drug, taking into account the importance of the drug to the mother.
