• Transient episodes of lightheadedness, dizziness or syncope may occur
• Confusion, anxiety and tremors have been reported with concomitant administration of propoxyphene and orphenadrine. Consider reduction of dosage and/or discontinuation of one or both of these agents
• Safety of continuous prolonged therapy has not been established; if prescribed for prolonged use, consider periodic monitoring of blood, urine and liver function values
• Periodically monitor CBC, urine and LFTs
