Optimize ventilation and oxygenation

• Goal SpO₂ is 94% (max 99%).
• Consider advanced airway and waveform capnography.
• Goal PETCO₂ is 35 to 40 mm Hg.

Avoid excessive ventilation.

Treat Hypotension (SBP <90 mm Hg)

• IV/IO Bolus of 1 to 2 liters NS or LR.

Vasopressor Infusion

• Epinephrine: 0.1 to 0.5 mcg/kg/min.
• Dopamine: 5 to 10 mcg/kg/min.
• Norepinephrine: 0.1 to 0.5 mcg/kg/min.

Consider Reversible Causes

12-Lead ECG and Neurological Assessment STEMI/High Suspicion of AMI?

• Yes► Coronary reperfusion ► assess neurological.
• No► Assess neurological response.

Neurological: Pt Follow Commands?

• Yes► Advanced critical care.
• No► Targeted temperature management ► Advanced critical care.
