Hemat: anemia, leukopenia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia
MS: arthralgia, back pain, muscle spasms
Neuro: peripheral neuropathy, weakness, fatigue
Resp: dyspnea, ACUTE RESPIRATORY DISTRESS SYNDROME, INTERSTITIAL LUNG DISEASE
Misc: fever, HYPERSENSITIVITY REACTIONS (INCLUDING ANAPHYLAXIS)
