Absorption: Minimal systemic absorption.

Distribution: Inhibitory concentrations remain in saliva for up to 3 hr after troche dissolves.

Metabolism/Excretion: Metabolized by liver; <1% excreted unchanged in urine.

Half-Life: 24 hr.
