Therapeutic effects:
  • Decreased growth and spread of mesothelioma.
  • Improved survival in patients with nonsquamous NSCLC.

Distribution: Unknown.

Metabolism/Excretion: Minimal metabolism; 70–90% excreted unchanged in urine.
