Hunter Serotonin Toxicity Criteria

Patient with exposure to at least one serotonergic agent and one of the following:

  • Spontaneous clonus

  • Inducible clonus + (agitation or diaphoresis)

  • Ocular clonus + (agitation or diaphoresis)

  • Tremor + hyperreflexia

  • Hypertonia + hyperthermia + (ocular clonus or inducible clonus)
