Modified Chest Leads (MCL₁, MCL₆, MC₄R)

Monitor lead III (Note: white and black leads do not change)

• MCL₁: red lead on V₁ (4th ICS, right sternum)
• MCL₆: red lead on V₆ (5th ICS, midaxillary line)
• MC₄R: red lead on right 5th ICS at midclavicular line
