Technique for Obtaining AP (A) and True AP (B) Radiographs of the Shoulder. In an AP View, the x-Ray Actually Represents an Oblique View of the Shoulder Joint. In a True AP View, the x-Ray Beam is Parallel to the Joint, So Overlap Between the Humeral Head and the Glenoid Surface is Minimal.
