•Child (exclusive of face) with moderate to severe disease

•Adolescent (exclusive of face or anatomically occluded areas [eg, axillae, genitalia])

•Used primarily by dermatologists

•Most often used in the management of severe or lichenified dermatoses or those involving the feet or hands
