Decreased level of consciousness
Changes in mental status
Lethargy
Coma
Headache
Confusion
Restlessness, agitation
Irritability
Hypoactive reflexes
Slowed response time

Slowed speech
Progressively severe headache
Nausea and vomiting (usually projectile vomiting)
