Tislelizumab-jsgr is available as a 10-mg/mL concentrate for injection in 10-mL single-dose vials.⁴⁰⁸¹ Each vial contains tislelizumab-jsgr 100 mg with citric acid monohydrate 4.2 mg, histidine 17.2 mg, L-histidine hydrochloride monohydrate 8.2 mg, polysorbate 20 2 mg, sodium citrate 59.3 mg, and trehalose 650.4 mg in sterile water for injection.⁴⁰⁸¹ To prepare a diluted 200-mg dose for intravenous infusion, transfer the contents of 2 vials (a total of 20 mL) to an infusion bag containing sodium chloride 0.9% to yield a final tislelizumab concentration of 2 to 5 mg/mL.⁴⁰⁸¹ The diluted solution should be mixed gently by inversion to avoid foaming or excessive shearing; do not shake.⁴⁰⁸¹

Tislelizumab-jsgr is administered by intravenous infusion through an intravenous line with a low protein-binding 0.2- or 0.22-µm inline or add-on filter.⁴⁰⁸¹ Do not administer by intravenous push or bolus injection.⁴⁰⁸¹ The first infusion should be administered over 60 minutes.⁴⁰⁸¹ If the first infusion is tolerated, subsequent infusions may administered over 30 minutes⁴⁰⁸¹ The infusion line should be flushed following administration.⁴⁰⁸¹

If refrigerated, diluted solutions should be allowed to come to room temperature prior to administration.⁴⁰⁸¹

Tislelizumab-jsgr concentrate for injection is a clear to slightly opalescent, colorless to slightly yellow solution; do not use if the solution is discolored, cloudy, or contains visible particles.⁴⁰⁸¹

Intact vials should be stored at 2 to 8°C in the original carton to protect from light.⁴⁰⁸¹ Do not freeze or shake.⁴⁰⁸¹

Diluted solutions, if not used immediately, may be stored for not more than 4 hours at room temperature (20 to 25°C), including preparation and administration time, or up to 20 hours refrigerated (2 to 8°C), including preparation and administration time.⁴⁰⁸¹ Diluted solutions should be discarded after 4 hours at room temperature or 20 hours refrigerated.⁴⁰⁸¹ If refrigerated, diluted solutions should be allowed to come to room temperature prior to administration.⁴⁰⁸¹ Do not freeze diluted solutions.⁴⁰⁸¹

Filtration

The manufacturer states that diluted solutions for infusion should be administered through a 0.2- to 0.22-µm low protein-binding inline or add-on filter.⁴⁰⁸¹
