Dihydroergotamine mesylate is available as a 1-mg/mL solution in 1-mL single-dose vials or ampuls.³⁹⁷³; ³⁹⁷⁴ Each mL contains dihydroergotamine mesylate 1 mg, alcohol 6.1% by volume, and glycerin 15% by weight in water for injection with methanesulfonic acid and/or sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment.³⁹⁷³; ³⁹⁷⁴
