To prepare for administration, clofarabine injection should be passed through a 0.2-µm syringe filter and then diluted in an appropriate amount of dextrose 5% or sodium chloride 0.9% to yield a final clofarabine concentration between 0.15 and 0.4 mg/mL.3213
