Diclofenac is available as 37.5-mg/mL solution of diclofenac as the sodium salt in single-use vials.²⁸²¹ Each mL of solution also contains hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin 333 mg and monothioglycerol 5 mg in water for injection with sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid for pH adjustment.²⁸²¹
