• cystlike due to bone resorption ± calcifications
• ± multilocular ± bone expansion
• ± erosive margins
• angiogram confirms diagnosis

Cx: Tooth extraction can result in lethal exsanguination!

DDx: traumatic bone cyst, central giant cell granuloma, ossifying fibroma
