- cystlike due to bone resorption ± calcifications
- ± multilocular ± bone expansion
- ± erosive margins
- angiogram confirms diagnosis
Cx: Tooth extraction can result in lethal exsanguination!
DDx: traumatic bone cyst, central giant cell granuloma, ossifying fibroma
