B.'s capsule Part of the renal corpuscle. It consists of a visceral layer of podocytes closely applied to the glomerulus and an outer parietal layer. SYN: glomerular capsule.

B.'s gland Any of the olfactory gland s, or branched tubuloalveolar gland s located in the lamina propria of the olfactory membrane. Mucus from these gland s keeps the olfactory surface moist.

B.'s lamina Bowman membrane.

B.'s membrane The thin homogeneous membrane separating the corneal epithelium from the corneal substance. SYN: anterior elastic lamina; Bowman lamina.
