diabetic g.Proliferation of mesangial cells and glomerular scarring in some patients with diabetes mellitus. SYN: intercapillary glomerulosclerosis.
focal segmental g.An irreversible form of glomerular injury often seen in patients with a history of injection drug use or AIDS.
