ABBR: ASCOT

An assessment tool for predicting the likelihood that an injured patient will survive after serious trauma. It includes the patient's age, whether the trauma was blunt or penetrating, the Glasgow Coma Scale, the initial blood pressure, and the heart and respiratory rate.
