Skin atrophy on the eyelids. Skin atrophy on the eyelids - telangiectasia, periocular dermatitis (a variant of perioral dermatitis) from prolonged use of potent corticoids on eczema of the eyelids. For six years the patient used a potent corticoid cream prescribed originally for hand eczema!
