Pinch Grafting for Venous Leg Ulcer

Pinch grafting for venous leg ulcer. A venous ulcer may be long-standing and invaliding - especially among the elderly with lower extremity venous problems. Healing can be hastened if small whole-thickness grafts, taken from the upper leg, are placed on the granulating ulcer surface. Surgical correction of the venous problem may be needed. A compression bandage or stockings are obligatory to prevent recurrences.
