Intradermal naevus in the lower lid.Benign intradermal naevus in the lower lid is usually not harmful. If the size of the naevus causes problems, cryosurgery with liquid nitrogen and an appropriate technique can be considered - it usually leads to a smaller size of the tumour with little morbidity, but not to complete elimination.
