Dental Fistula in the Chin

Dental fistula in the chin. Dental fistula, or sinus dentalis in the chin. An infected abscess with purulent discharge is visible in the skin. On palpation, a dense tract towards the mandible may be felt. The origin of the fistula is a periapical infection of a tooth.
